Executive Assistant to Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer (CNMO) across Mercy Health locations in Victoria and NSW. Based onsite at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg, you will ensure smooth office operations and act as the primary liaison for managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, mailboxes, and travel arrangements for the CNMO.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and monthly reports.
• Serve as the central contact point for stakeholders seeking access to the CNMO.
• Coordinate conferences, travel, and accommodation logistics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a healthcare setting.
• High-level conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
