About the role
KPMG is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its Leadership Support Team in Brisbane. The role provides high‑level support to several Partners, helping senior leaders stay organised, connected and focused on their priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary and inbox management, arrange travel, and prepare documents for Partners.
- Greet clients, manage meeting rooms and bookings, and assist with business development outreach.
- Coordinate internal and external events and maintain up‑to‑date systems.
- Support IT coordination and assist senior internal and external stakeholders and their EAs.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise at executive levels.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Required skills
- Intermediate to high‑level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
