Executive Administrative Assistant – Sales

About the role
Apple’s Sales organisation is looking for a high‑energy Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior sales leaders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring leaders’ time is used effectively, while coordinating a wide range of administrative and facilities activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, high‑volume calendars across multiple time zones, schedule and reschedule meetings, and handle all logistics.
- Plan and coordinate employee events such as group meetings, off‑sites, and all‑staff forums, ensuring clear objectives, appropriate preparation, and budget control.
- Attend team meetings, capture decisions, circulate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, budget management, and presentation preparation for assigned leaders.
- Support facilities operations, including office moves, equipment ordering, conference‑room management, badge access, and onboarding needs.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve overall team productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars with minimal guidance.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, itinerary planning, and expense management.
