Exam Invigilator (Part-Time)

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting exam invigilators to support tertiary education providers with smooth and successful exam delivery. The role is part-time, with no experience needed, and covers Melbourne CBD, Carlton, Parkville, Bundoora and Hawthorn locations. Exams start from early November and last three weeks, held on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and smooth flow of exams with reliability and punctuality.
• Engage confidently with students and staff to keep exams running smoothly.
• Follow assessment requirements and exam protocols precisely.
• Safeguard confidentiality and handle exam materials securely.
• Deliver professional, supportive service to all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot basic computer issues and follow exam protocols.

Required profile

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods during shifts.
• Full availability across the entire exam period.
• Either holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (or holds current VIT registration).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
