Event Producer – Create Premium Live, Virtual & Hybrid Experiences

About the role

CAPITAL-e is seeking an experienced Event Producer to own event briefs and lead them through to successful delivery. You will manage client relationships, creative direction, logistics, budgets and on‑the‑ground execution for premium live, virtual and hybrid events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of events from concept through execution, translating client briefs into strategic solutions.
• Act as the primary client partner, providing trusted advice and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Develop creative concepts, audience experiences and brand activations.
• Source, negotiate and manage venues, production partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Oversee creation of event assets such as branding, digital content, graphics and signage.
• Develop, manage and reconcile event budgets, ensuring commercial performance.
• Drive flawless execution, maintaining quality, risk management and client experience.
• Lead post‑event evaluations, analysing outcomes, ROI and recommending improvements.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and contribute to account growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event management, delivering both large‑scale and small‑scale events.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Qualification in Marketing, Events, Communications or related discipline (desirable).
