About the role
We are looking for a motivated Equipment Field Sales Representative to join our national company’s WA operations. This hands‑on role involves demonstrating equipment, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound calling, prospecting and face‑to‑face visits.
- Conduct professional equipment demonstrations and provide hands‑on training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Prepare quotes, manage opportunities through to sale and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal sales and business development teams to maximise opportunities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in equipment, technical or field sales.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain equipment.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills for face‑to‑face presentations.
- Strong customer focus, resilience and a drive to develop new business.
- Good organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
