About the role
Harrison McMillan is seeking energetic, ambitious individuals to join its Adelaide team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will be trained on the job and guided through two clear career pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Learn to connect with organisations, understand their hiring needs and manage recruitment assignments.
- Source and engage candidates, support assessments and keep recruitment processes moving.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates, make proactive calls and identify opportunities.
Required profile
- Bring energy, initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Hungry to learn, take feedback and continuously improve.
- Enjoy talking to people and making proactive outreach.
- Highly conscientious, detail‑oriented and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Problem‑solver who can find a way forward when challenges arise.
