Entry Level Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join TSA Group as an Entry Level Customer Service Agent, representing leading Australian brands and helping customers choose the right products and solutions. You will receive full product training and support, with no prior experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a variety of inbound customer service and sales calls.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions and products.
• Build rapport and provide a positive experience in every conversation.
• Meet achievable goals in a supportive environment.
• Use systems to manage customer interactions.

Required profile

• Ability to work weekends on a rotating roster (penalty rates apply).
• Based in the Greater Brisbane Area and eligible to work full‑time.
• Strong communication skills – confident, friendly and easy to talk to.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Open to feedback and eager to develop skills.
• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
