Education Account Manager - WA

About the role

Join Officeworks as an Education Account Manager supporting secondary and K‑12 schools across Western Australia. You will drive adoption of the Box of Books (BoB) offering and build strong, long‑term relationships with education customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with schools and education bodies to manage the full lifecycle of the customer relationship.
• Provide tailored product solutions across the Officeworks and BoB range, acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of education accounts, meeting sales targets and driving sustainable business growth.
• Represent Officeworks at trade conferences and key industry events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in office supplies or technology solutions for education.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs, maximise satisfaction and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce.
