Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Goodstart is seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers for its centres across the Perth region. You will inspire a love of learning, foster development through intentional teaching practices, and build strong relationships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver purposeful, creative teaching aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Develop, review and implement high‑quality early learning programs in collaboration with centre leadership.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for children, families and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) and current Teacher Registration.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid qualification and strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Passion for leading a classroom, engaging families and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and deliver curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with children, families and staff.
