E-Commerce and Channel Activation Manager

About the role

ARBEX is hiring an E-Commerce and Channel Activation Manager to bring its eCommerce plans to life and run shopper activation across priority retail customers and distributors. Working across FMC and KCP, the role manages the digital shelf presence and uses performance insights to grow sales, market share and profitability. The role is planned to start in early January 2027 and is open to local candidates already authorised to work in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the eCommerce strategy across pure-play and omnichannel customers and marketplaces for FMC and KCP
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow sales, market share and profitability
• Manage product content, catalogues and retailer syndication through the SKU Library and Salsify, improving content quality, availability, search visibility, ratings and reviews
• Coordinate new product launches and support retailer digital media and promotions such as Coles 360 and WooliesX
• Develop and run channel and shopper activation plans and assets with priority customers and distributors, mainly FMC
• Maintain a rolling 12-month activation calendar and manage activation budgets against agreed sales initiatives
• Review activation performance against objectives and budgets and use learnings to improve future activity

Required profile

• Hands-on eCommerce experience across retailers or marketplaces, including product content, digital shelf execution and online launch readiness
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions that support sales and market share
• Experience developing and delivering retail or shopper activation plans, including activation calendars and budgets
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across eCommerce, channel and shopper activation
