Duty Manager - Elysium Noosa

About the role

Elysium Noosa, a luxury resort on the Sunshine Coast, is looking for a Duty Manager. You will lead operational departments during your shift, working closely with Department Heads to deliver seamless service across the resort, while acting as the senior point of contact for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational departments during your shift, working with Department Heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver personalised, professional and memorable guest experiences and act as the senior point of contact for guest enquiries, concerns and service recovery.
• Set the standard for service excellence, professionalism and presentation, and coach and support team members.
• Promote resort facilities, services, experiences and special offers to drive commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate shift records and communicate operational matters across departments.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, emergency procedures, company policies and operational standards.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in a hotel, resort or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong guest engagement and problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to service excellence, team collaboration and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
