Duty Manager - Coles Supermarkets, Griffith

About the role

Coles is looking for a Duty Manager for its Griffith store, reporting to the Store Manager. You will have full accountability for running the store during evening and night trade, keeping it exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team to meet sales targets and cost control
• Keep the store simple and inspiring for customers by ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
• Stay customer focused and continuously seek to better understand the diverse customers
• Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct leadership experience
