Drillers Offsider - Fully Funded Traineeship

About the role

Ausdrill, part of the Perenti Group, is looking for Drillers Offsiders to join its team in Perth. This is an entry-level opportunity with no previous mining experience required, just a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety and a willingness to learn. You will work alongside experienced crews, developing hands-on skills and an understanding of site standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily drilling operations
• Handle drill rods and mix fluids
• Maintain equipment
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment

Required profile

• Full Manual C Class licence (required) or HR driver's licence obtainable within 3 months
• Previous labour-intensive work experience
• Strong commitment to safety-first practices
• Australian work rights
• Willingness to work a site-specific roster, day and night
• Ability to meet site access requirements such as medical, DAS, NPC and a valid driver's licence
