Divisional Coordinator – Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry

About the role

Chanel is seeking a Divisional Coordinator to provide seamless administrative support to the Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry division and the Corporate Communications team. This is a 12‑month contract role focused on delivering high‑quality service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Managers of Corporate Communications and the Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry division with diary management, ad‑hoc tasks and travel arrangements.
• Handle monthly expense reconciliation, invoicing and budget monitoring for both divisions.
• Monitor media coverage, compile relevant articles and share insights with the team.
• Provide on‑site logistical support for PR events, conferences and corporate activities.
• Support the preparation and execution of corporate communications initiatives and financial oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
• Exposure to luxury retail is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands and maintain confidentiality.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
