Distribution Assistant

About the role

The Distribution Assistant will support the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from the warehouse to customers in Bundamba. Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader, you will help ensure orders are packed, labelled, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in picking, packing, and labelling products for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
• Handle material loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve distribution efficiency.

Required profile

• High school certification or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift moderate weights.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or appropriate visa).

Required skills

• Current forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain, cost covered after probation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
