About the role

A Brisbane-based legal team, representing prominent public and private sector clients in complex, high-stakes disputes, is recruiting a Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer. The team covers property, banking and finance, health, insolvency, technology, hospitality, agriculture and sport and entertainment. The lawyer will work closely with senior team members on challenging cases.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, disputes or insolvency, from private practice only.
• Self-motivated, with a drive to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commercially astute with strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to technical excellence and keen to use team opportunities for professional growth.
