About the role
A provider in Quirindi, NSW, is looking for respectful, caring and reliable people to help its Participant with daily care, social and community activities. Morning, day and afternoon shifts are available, ranging from 2 to 8 hours and covering Monday to Sunday; most shifts are 2:1. No experience is needed, as all training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Personal and hygiene care, including showering and toileting
- Domestic assistance, including preparing meals and laundry
- Social support and community access, such as attending appointments and shopping
- Medication prompting and assistance
Required profile
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Orientation Module completed (or willing to complete it)
- Working with Children Check / Vulnerable People Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Current car licence and a roadworthy vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
What we offer
- Pay of AUD 49 per hour, with competitive hourly rate and shift loading
- Regular shifts and buddy shifts
- Paid travel kilometres when transporting clients
