Director, Strategy & Operations, APAC

About the role

The Trade Desk, a global digital advertising platform, is looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations for APAC, based in either Sydney or Singapore. The role partners with APAC senior leaders to turn regional ambitions into clear plans, stronger operating rhythms and confident decisions, shaping the operating model, pipeline discipline and reporting habits of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning, covering segmentation, capacity and investment choices
• Partner with regional SVPs to build trusted forecasts and maintain pipeline discipline
• Remove friction from how work gets done so teams can focus on customers, growth and impact
• Bring people across functions together to turn ideas into measurable progress
• Coach and support team members, helping them grow while doing important work
• Future-proof AI automation for standard workflows, processes and reporting

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops or Strategy, likely in ad tech, SaaS or digital media
• Understanding of the DSP, SSP, identity and measurement ecosystem
• Experience building forecasting models and moving teams through ambiguity
• Curiosity, judgement and the ability to challenge constructively while engaging people

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI
• Able to turn insight into action and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
