Director - SAP Transformation

About the role

EY is looking for a Director of SAP Transformation to oversee the delivery of complex SAP transformation programs, providing strategic leadership to clients and teams while keeping solutions aligned to business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. The position is based in Melbourne and may be able to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver program objectives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support business adoption.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business priorities.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, risks and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation and SAP best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, including implementation, upgrade and maintenance.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on system configuration, testing, user support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
