Director of Relationships – Regional Banking

About the role

Judo is looking for a Director of Relationships to support its agribusiness and regional banking team in Western Australia. Based in Perth, Albany or Bunbury, you will manage a portfolio of regional SME clients, work independently and collaboratively, and help drive growth for Australian SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Independently address the financial needs of regional businesses and structure solutions without rigid policy constraints.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the regional economic environment to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, local industry bodies, and internal/external partners.
• Drive business growth by delivering a client‑centric proposition to the regional SME market.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in regional commercial or agribusiness banking, credit, or a related field.
• Strong credit writing and financial analysis capabilities.
• Passion for supporting regional businesses and fostering meaningful banking relationships.
