Director | Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries, is looking for an Infrastructure Director in Adelaide. The role leads end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects and builds a high-performing team, working with clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across major infrastructure sectors, including power and utilities, transport, renewables, and ideally water and ports.
• Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business development and expand the company's presence in the market.
• Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Australia with full working rights.
• Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in a similar industry.
• Sound knowledge of the construction industry and experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport and/or renewables.
• Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market.
• Experience in a client-focused consultancy environment.
