Director - Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation Services

About the role

Atturra is looking for a Director to lead its Business Transformation Services team, delivering transformation programs for clients. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, advising senior leaders, defining enterprise architecture, shaping operating models and embedding change. It is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with occasional national business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver strategies, define roadmaps, run maturity assessments and align transformation initiatives to business goals.
• Shape outcomes across transformation programs, covering operating models, enterprise architecture, roles and responsibilities and best-practice methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, author deliverables and present recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing and mentoring, and lead cross-functional teams in delivery.
• Manage client projects to high standards and design governance structures, policies and procedures.
• Guide the design of scalable, resilient enterprise architecture that aligns business, data, application and technology pillars.

Required profile

• 10-15 years of experience in management consulting or senior project advisory, focused on digital strategy, operating model, operational transformation, enterprise architecture and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of measurable client improvement and of leading transformation in complex environments.
• Experience managing high-performing consulting teams and developing junior team members.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline and grow client relationships.
• Preferred: tertiary qualification in Information Management, Business or a related field; postgraduate qualifications, experience in government, finance, health or utilities, and federal government security clearance.

Required skills

• Regulatory compliance and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, QGEA and AGA.
• Certifications in project or program management and enterprise architecture are preferred.
