Director, Credit Structuring & Execution

About the role

Lead NAB's Credit Structuring & Execution function across Queensland, supporting Corporate, Property and Institutional Banking clients. You will manage a high‑performing team, partner with coverage, risk and product partners, and drive complex lending solutions for the bank's largest customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9‑10 experienced bankers, driving performance, capability uplift and employee engagement.
• Structure and execute complex financing solutions in partnership with Coverage, Risk and Product teams.
• Hold accountability for portfolio performance, credit quality, customer outcomes and risk management.
• Operate across multiple industries, balancing strategic priorities while delivering results for NAB's biggest clients.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate, institutional or specialised finance banking environments with deep credit and transaction execution expertise.
• Proven leadership capability, including managing large teams and developing high‑performing banking professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen to assess complex transactions, risks and capital allocation opportunities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with credibility to influence senior leaders, clients and risk partners.
