Digital Media Lead

About the role

Chanel is seeking an agile Digital Media Lead to drive digital strategy and innovation across its luxury divisions. You will connect digital media, e‑commerce and e‑business, shaping campaigns that align with business objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build a digital transformation roadmap with milestones that address division‑specific objectives.
• Translate corporate and campaign guidelines into actionable digital plans.
• Contribute to the annual media strategy framework and align it with global presentations.
• Create integrated, full‑funnel digital campaigns, incorporating first‑party data and media agency planning tools.
• Lead the local paid‑search strategy, manage agency relationships, and negotiate with external vendors.
• Oversee the media agency workflow to ensure seamless implementation and KPI delivery.
• Report performance metrics to the Corporate Media Manager and provide training to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or high‑end consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, including Connected TV, SEM, SEO and performance marketing.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with divisional and corporate teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
