Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Elgo is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive client campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting. You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of local and national brands, turning creative briefs into high‑performing paid social initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of strategic digital campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Event Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Immerse yourself in each client’s brand to translate its personality into effective ad creatives.
• Monitor, optimise and scale campaigns to maximise return on ad spend.
• Identify growth opportunities and advise clients on budget allocation.
• Analyse performance data and present clear insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to brief and shape eye‑catching ad creatives.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta campaigns with a proven record of generating leads and sales.
• Ability to work independently from brief to launch without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence presenting data‑driven recommendations to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
