Digital Marketing Specialist (Casual)

About the role

Inspired Education, a group of premium private schools with 126 schools in 28 countries, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role covering paid and organic digital marketing, with a 6-8 week contract based in the APAC head office in North Sydney. The ideal candidate has worked across campaigns in Australia and New Zealand and can make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI
• Create content for websites, social media, email marketing and digital advertising
• Build organic social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and report regularly with insights and recommendations
• Research keywords and support SEO to improve online visibility
• Design digital assets in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and write marketing copy
• Work with stakeholders on marketing objectives and promotional activities

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution and performance measurement
• Experience managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels
• Track record of campaign optimisation, lead generation, audience acquisition and performance reporting
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
