Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will shape how families discover and engage with Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services. Working from the Head Office, you will create and activate digital campaigns that drive enrolments, strengthen the brand, and support the sustainability of our childcare and OSHC services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and analyse digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Develop lead‑generation strategies to meet utilisation targets for each centre.
• Manage the SCECS social media plan, producing engaging, purpose‑driven content.
• Create and optimise website content and user experience for conversion.
• Support the launch of new centres with local area marketing and community engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Project‑manage events such as Open Days and school activations.
• Brief external suppliers including graphic designers, photographers and videographers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery, preferably in a marketing department or agency.
• Proven ability to develop and analyse lead‑generation strategies.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Experience in the education or childcare sector is highly regarded.
