Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance side of its digital engine. Reporting to the GM Digital & CRM, you will work across paid media, CRM automation, SEO and analytics to boost efficiency, return on ad spend and overall campaign impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media on Meta, Google, Pinterest and emerging platforms, driving ROAS, CAC and conversion targets.
• Build, automate and optimise Klaviyo lifecycle flows, manage segmentation, personalisation and campaign scheduling.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance using Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo and attribution tools.
• Lead SEO strategy, supporting metadata, keyword planning, internal linking and product tagging to improve onsite acquisition.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Brand, Marketing and Loyalty teams to deliver integrated campaigns and act as the internal specialist for performance media and analytics.
• Partner with the GM – Digital and Head of Marketing to manage the performance marketing agency.
• Experiment with AI‑enabled marketing tools such as Performance Optimiser GPT, predictive attribution models and Digital PM Copilot.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong analytical orientation.
• Proven experience in managing paid media, CRM automation and SEO within a fast‑growing environment.
• Ability to translate brand and commercial strategy into data‑driven execution.
