Digital Marketing Manager (HubSpot & Paid Media)

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing Australian building and housing business that relies heavily on digital marketing. You will lead the in‑house marketing team, own HubSpot across marketing and sales, and have direct influence over the marketing budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team covering content, video, web development and performance marketing, setting weekly priorities and ensuring project delivery.
• Own the HubSpot rollout, including workflows, automated lead follow‑up, marketing‑to‑sales handover, dashboards and data quality.
• Review Google Ads and Meta Ads spend and performance, challenge results and step in on campaigns when required.
• Work across Shopify, landing pages, email, GA4 and campaign tracking, turning data into clear recommendations for directors.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency and output.

Required profile

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including managing a marketing team.
• Strong reporting, organisation and project‑management skills.
• Confidence working with sales teams and business owners, explaining performance in plain English.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) and marketing automation.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads with meaningful budgets.
• Shopify experience and understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
• GA4 and campaign tracking.
• AI tools used in daily workflow.
