Digital Marketing Manager – ANZ & APAC

About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the ANZ and APAC pan‑regional digital strategy for its theatrical film slate. Based in Sydney, you will shape high‑impact digital and social campaigns that drive audience awareness, engagement and box‑office performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies for theatrical releases across ANZ and APAC, collaborating with local and global marketing, creative, media and PR teams.
• Lead social media planning for trailer launches, global campaign beats, experiential activations, press tours and premiere coverage, ensuring coordinated roll‑outs.
• Partner with data teams to define and implement a pan‑regional data strategy, leveraging audience data, analytics and social listening tools to optimise campaign performance.
• Work with the International Creative team to ensure digital content is tailored to each platform and aligns with audience insights.
• Manage external agencies and creators, driving innovative audience engagement across new platforms and formats.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with proven digital, social and creator marketing expertise in Australia & New Zealand (APAC experience beneficial).
• Background in the entertainment industry, preferably theatrical, with a track record of end‑to‑end campaign development.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple high‑priority campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
