Digital Marketing Lead – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale paid media across four key regions for a fast‑growing lifestyle and e‑commerce brand. You will manage a $2M+ annual budget, working directly in Meta and Google platforms to drive acquisition and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid channel KPIs, budgets and forecasts for Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display and YouTube.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok.
• Set CAC and CPA targets, allocate budgets across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe.
• Develop GA4 dashboards, attribution models, A/B tests and conversion/brand‑lift studies.
• Manage relationships with Google, Meta and affiliate partners.
• Collaborate closely with creative and CRM teams to produce performance‑driven content.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise with both Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling conversion volume within CPA targets.
• Comfortable building and interpreting GA4 reports and attribution.
• Creative‑focused mindset and ability to work closely with design teams.
