Digital Marketing Intern (Remote)

About the role

A social enterprise working with schools, youth, creative communities and the arts sector to promote cultural harmony and intercultural understanding is looking for a remote Digital Marketing Intern. The intern supports the Project Director and team with market research, digital campaigns, social media management, website updates, email marketing, app promotion, event support and promotional content. It suits students or graduates in marketing, communications, media, arts, music, intercultural studies or business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research to support product promotion, audience engagement and campaign planning.
• Support digital marketing campaigns for apps, products, events and community initiatives.
• Promote apps and digital products on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and X/Twitter.
• Create, schedule and update social media content.
• Support website maintenance, content updates and basic digital coordination.
• Help create email campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Prepare weekly reports and basic analysis on app downloads, sales activity, campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Research cultures and contribute creative ideas for new products, campaigns and educational resources.
• Assist with promotional activities, event support and marketing materials, and monitor campaign performance to suggest improvements.
