Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Innovize is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to own paid advertising and SEO across its client portfolio. You will work directly with clients, shaping strategy and delivering measurable results through Meta and Google campaigns as well as long‑term SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google, managing the full lifecycle from account structure to daily optimisation and scaling.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical audits, on‑page optimisation, keyword research and content direction.
• Track performance metrics, diagnose drivers of success or under‑performance, and produce clear, data‑driven reports for clients.
• Collaborate with creative, landing‑page, and analytics teams to ensure paid and organic efforts complement each other.
• Use AI tools and data insights to test, iterate and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta and Google ad accounts with demonstrable results.
• Strong track record in SEO, capable of delivering technical and content‑focused improvements.
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable defending decisions with analytics.
• Ability to work autonomously, own projects early and grow with the agency.
