Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

Device Technologies supplies medical solutions to hospitals and healthcare professionals, with its headquarters in Sydney and offices across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. As a Digital Growth Specialist, you will drive growth across the company's B2B ecommerce platforms. Working within the Marketing Team and alongside the Digital Team, you will execute and optimise digital campaigns that boost customer engagement, drive conversions and deliver commercial results. The role is based in the Belrose office and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Use insights to inform decisions, identify improvements and deliver campaigns that maximise ROI.
• Lead campaigns from planning and execution through to optimisation, reporting and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and commercial teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in growth marketing or omnichannel campaign execution, ideally in B2B ecommerce.
• Proven experience planning, running and optimising digital campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, retention and revenue.
• Ability to take ownership of campaign delivery and performance.
• Strong attention to detail, project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
