Digital Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, maintain and optimise customer‑focused content across Suncorp’s digital channels. In this permanent, full‑time role you will ensure content is accurate, accessible and aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, maintain and optimise content for customer‑facing digital channels using approved tools, including AI‑assisted generation platforms.
• Identify and deliver content improvements based on customer, business and search insights, working closely with the Search Insights & Discoverability team.
• Structure content to support discoverability, citation and reuse in AI‑generated responses while applying EEAT and trust‑signal principles.
• Participate in prioritisation discussions, manage competing priorities and collaborate with digital, marketing, product, risk, compliance and legal stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least two years’ experience producing or optimising content for customer‑facing digital channels in a regulated or agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt content style and tone across multiple brands and to work within content governance frameworks.
• Experience interpreting customer, search and content performance insights to improve outcomes.
• Agile planning experience and proficiency with JIRA for workflow management.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI‑assisted content research, drafting, optimisation and quality review tools.
• Strong editorial judgement for assessing and refining AI‑generated outputs.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, content structuring for search discoverability and EEAT principles.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for task and workflow management.
