Digital Campaign Lead

About the role

Bega Group is looking for a Digital Campaign Lead to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads data-led digital campaigns that deliver real impact, turning customer insights into action and helping shape how customers are engaged across their journey. It sits within an iconic Australian FMCG business in a supportive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design and delivery of personalised, data-led digital campaigns across the customer journey
• Work with product, data and commercial teams to align campaign activity with business priorities
• Lead campaign optimisation through testing, learning and continuous improvement
• Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting to improve engagement and experience
• Liaise with stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful actions and commercial outcomes

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or campaign delivery
• Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and campaign execution
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to FMCG or retail environments is advantageous but not essential

Required skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking, conversion measurement, campaign attribution and reporting
• Confidence using data and analytics to inform decisions
