Communications Partner

About the role

Bega Group is looking for a Communications Partner to support enterprise-wide internal and change communications aligned with the organisation's strategy. Reporting to the Head of Change and Communications, you will partner with leaders and project teams to create engaging communication that strengthens employee understanding, alignment and adoption of key initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Docklands, VIC, with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide internal and change communication strategies in partnership with the Head of Change and Communications.
• Create engaging stories, communication plans, materials and digital content that strengthen employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders, project teams and key stakeholders to give communication advice and support.
• Lead the annual communications calendar and manage channel governance across Bega's key communication platforms.
• Measure communication effectiveness, interpret performance insights and recommend improvements that support business outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Communications or Public Relations, with experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies and supporting transformation programs in large organisations.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident stakeholder partner with strong influencing, planning, project management and organisational capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
• Intranet management, Canva and digital content tools.
• AI-enabled ways of working.
