Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian fintech business as a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist, working alongside an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, improve conversion performance and shape customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Own campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking and performance optimisation.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering acquisition, conversion and campaign performance.
• Analyse customer journeys, identify bottlenecks and execute A/B testing programmes.
• Maintain and enhance SEO performance through keyword strategy, technical SEO and search optimisation.
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and related marketing technologies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Commercially minded, analytical and results‑focused with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, sales, support and development teams.

Required skills

• Google Ads (search, display, video)
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising platforms
• SEO and technical SEO best practices
• Conversion tracking, attribution modelling and A/B testing
• Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools and emerging digital technologies
