Digital and Ecommerce Manager

About the role

As the Digital and Ecommerce Manager you will own the performance, trading and growth of our website across markets, driving revenue, conversion and customer loyalty while ensuring the site reflects our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the website, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute digital, ecommerce and CX strategy, aligning with product launches and key retail moments.
• Manage day‑to‑day trading of the Shopify site, optimise conversion and SEO.
• Oversee online merchandising, CRM, loyalty programme and email marketing calendar.
• Lead paid media planning, creative asset creation and performance reporting.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, retail signage, packaging and hoarding.
• Manage external agencies, developers and other partners.
• Lead and mentor the digital and ecommerce team, handling budgets and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in an Ecommerce Specialist, Manager or broader Digital Marketing role, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, online merchandising, SEO and CRO.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify website management and technical improvements.
• Proven ability to develop digital strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
