DevOps Engineer (Salesforce & Azure) - Contract

About the role

Hastha Solutions is recruiting urgently for a DevOps Engineer (Salesforce & Azure) on a 12-month contract, with two possible 12-month extensions, starting around 1 July 2024. The role is based in Canberra and covers the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Pipelines and YAML scripting.
• Configure and manage Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Development, Production) through infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Implement version control with Git and review pull requests thoroughly.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep systems highly available.
• Stay up to date on DevOps trends and Salesforce functionality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce development tools.
• Previous experience with government agencies, particularly those supporting the health sector, is desirable.
• Ability to obtain baseline security clearance.
• Minimum 2-3 days in the office, with flexible working arrangements open.
