Mulesoft Developer - Contract

About the role

Hastha Solutions has an urgent requirement for a Mulesoft Developer on a 12-month contract starting 1 July 2024, with two possible extensions. The work is linked to the Department of Health and Aged Care and can be done across ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office and flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications to agreed standards and best practice, including test design, user and system documentation.
• Build technical solutions with a focus on user needs.
• Act on identified process improvements to help deliver more responsive outcomes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering value with colleagues using Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Mulesoft Developer or similar role, with proven MuleSoft experience.
• Experience with AnyPoint Platform and development tools (Mule Studio, AnyPoint Exchange).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, problem-solving ability and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain baseline security clearance.
• Previous experience with government agencies, especially those supporting the health sector, is desirable.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps services (Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards).
• CI/CD principles and automation scripting (YAML, Bash).
• Git version control and pull request workflows.
• Familiarity with API management and integration principles is a plus.
