Desktop Support Technician - Field Operations

About the role

Join V4 Services Group’s IT Support division as a Desktop Support Technician, providing on‑site assistance to home and business users across Sydney. You will travel to various suburbs, resolving a wide range of technical issues and ensuring customers stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support for email, internet, printer, Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and data recovery.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and network connections.
• Travel to client locations across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on desktop troubleshooting experience (Australia or overseas).
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Based in Sydney with full Australian work rights and immediate availability.
