About the role

William Clarke College, a leading independent Anglican P-12 school in Kellyville serving over 2,000 students, is recruiting a Deputy Head through Future Leadership. The Deputy Head is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the Head of College to advance the College's Christ-centred purpose and strategic priorities. The role covers portfolios spanning People and Culture, Community Engagement, Enrolments and Counselling Services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide organisation-wide leadership that strengthens culture, drives operational excellence and maintains high professional standards across the College.
• Foster strong partnerships with students, staff and families.
• Support the growth and development of staff.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Oversee initiatives that enhance student wellbeing and support the academic, social, physical and spiritual development of young people.
• Deputise for the Head of College when required.
