About the role

Join the vibrant Sunshine Coast store as a Deputy Coach, supporting the Head Coach (Store Manager) in delivering an exceptional experience for the LSKD community. This hands‑on position blends retail leadership with fitness culture, driving store performance and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Develop and coach a team of leaders, ensuring product knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Plan and execute in‑store and local community events to boost brand awareness and foot traffic.
• Build relationships with local partners aligned with brand values.
• Oversee onboarding, performance feedback, and ongoing development of team members.
• Maintain operational standards, including opening/closing duties, inventory accuracy, and handling returns.
