About the role

As a full‑time Department Manager you will lead a store team in Victoria, fostering an inclusive culture that drives collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting operational, visual and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high visual standards.
• Analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities and set goals to optimise profit, stock levels and results.
• Manage daily planning, scheduling, opening and closing routines.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and growth‑focused environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to keep the store competitive.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management and store operations.
• Strong leadership with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to analyse sales data, plan targets and follow‑up using reporting tools.
• Solution‑focused mindset, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
• Interest in fashion trends, commercial insight and competitor analysis.
• Analytical, achievement‑oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
