About the role

As a Department Manager you will lead a retail team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for the performance of your department, ensuring visual standards, sales targets and stock levels are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain operational and visual standards throughout the department.
• Analyse sales data, identify commercial opportunities and set performance targets.
• Plan staffing, create schedules and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members, promoting growth and innovation.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

• Proven experience in retail management and store operations.
• Strong leadership with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyse sales performance and act on insights.
