Demand Planner / Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Monda Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner / Operations Coordinator to manage inventory forecasting and support daily operations in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, flag low stock, and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, track purchase orders, pricing and production timelines.
• Process sales orders, coordinate picking, packing and dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Keep the inventory system accurate and up‑to‑date, including item details and supplier records.
• Support creation and improvement of SOPs, identify workflow gaps and suggest automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting or buying.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Accountancy or related field.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to communicate proactively.
• Willingness to provide hands‑on warehouse support when needed.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables; macros a plus).
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems such as Zoho Inventory, SAP, NAV, NetSuite, Cin7 or similar.
