Delivery Practice Lead – Digital Delivery Enablement

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery Enablement, the Delivery Practice Lead is responsible for designing, embedding and continuously improving the delivery system that ensures consistent, predictable and high‑quality outcomes across ANZ’s Digital organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, protect and govern Digital’s Ways of Working, delivery standards and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Lead the Business Analyst and Agile Delivery Lead practices to build capability, alignment and professional standards.
• Coach teams and leaders to raise Agile maturity, planning effectiveness, flow and collaboration.
• Own and facilitate PI Planning and the “Ice, Water, Steam” planning framework to make future demand, capacity and dependencies visible.
• Partner with Transformation, Technology, Business and Risk leaders to improve delivery maturity and support prioritisation decisions.
• Ensure teams have the tools, rhythms and governance needed to plan, prioritise and execute effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery practice or Agile coaching in a large digital or technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across transformation, technology, business and risk functions.
• Ability to design and embed delivery frameworks, standards and continuous‑improvement processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for PI Planning and cross‑functional coordination.
