Delivery Lead – Digital Enablement (Project Manager)

About the role

The Delivery Lead – Digital Enablement is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑wide digital initiatives. Working closely with business leaders, vendors and technology teams, you will ensure that projects move from strategic intent to fully implemented, adoptable solutions ready for business‑as‑usual transition.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery planning, sequencing, cadence and progress tracking for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Maintain delivery governance artefacts such as RAID logs, actions, decisions, meeting minutes and status reports.
• Coordinate delivery across vendors, subject‑matter experts, working groups and platform teams, managing risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Translate business objectives into delivery‑ready requirements, clarify scope and define acceptance criteria.
• Drive readiness, adoption and handover activities to ensure sustainable post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital initiatives.
• Strong background in delivery management, project or change delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Preferred experience with enterprise‑wide platforms, SaaS or vendor‑led digital implementations and rollout adoption.
